First Generation is seeking video production freelance talent to provide support for our video production crew on an as-needed basis. We are currently bolstering our portfolio of professionals, and are looking for talented individuals with experience in one or more of the following roles:

• Director of Photography
• Producers
• Camera Operators
• Audio Technicians
• Grips
• Video Editors
• Motion Graphics Artists
• Make-up Artists

Hours: Dependent upon the needs of the project. Will be discussed at the time of booking.

Compensation: Dependent upon the scope of the project and level of experience. Will be discussed prior to booking.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in the industry
• Technical expertise within the specified skill set
• A willingness to be flexible with hours and travel
• Strong attention to detail
• Must work well in a team setting and be able to take direction
• A portfolio of work samples for review, if applicable

Responsibilities:

• Being involved, as needed, in pre-production, planning, and scheduling
• Helping to manage, care for, and transport equipment, when necessary
• Being prompt and attentive throughout each job
• Maintaining consistent professionalism when dealing with other team members, talent, and clientele
• Performing the expected tasks to a high standard
• Assisting with wrap-up and break-down when necessary
